We believe that the success of any business depends on its ability to communicate and cooperate with local communities, both before and during operations. 

Our strategy for community engagement seeks to foster a progressive, mutually beneficial approach alongside local communities and to balance the creation of economic value with that of societal value; our community engagement plan will be on two major levels, micro and macro.

On a micro level, our strategy includes:

•  Job Employment: not less than 85% of our staff is from the local region and includes both female and male.
•  Job Creation: we launch a variety of technical training and on-job capacity building.

On a macro level, our strategy is:

• mobilising local resources, whereby a reasonable percentage of our operational sub-contracting business will be granted to local companies and resources within governorates we operate within.

We successfully apply the above approach in all our operations.
